Adam was an exceptional Realtor for us. Adam was there when we had questions and he always exuded a lot of sincere care. He constantly conveyed his sincere interest about the results of the sale for us. It was really nice to feel like we had someone in our corner with our best interest in mind not just another typical agent trying to sell our home to get a quick commission. We were very pleased with Adam and all his efforts in selling our home. We will definitely be using him again for any of our real estate needs.
Adam is such a great guy! He provided my a free market analysis a few years ago for my condo to help me know pricing. Instead of selling however I ended up renting my place out. I'm now moving back to Utah in the late summer and Adam has been soooo great in helping me know what the market is doing with values, pricing and more. I really enjoyed working with Adam. He sent weekly updates and also provided market values whenever I had questions about how the market was doing. He was able to sell my place for more money than some of my neighbors who were for sale and I think that is right in line with the way that he is able to effectively communicate and work with others. He really believed he could get the job done for me and help me sell at a price I needed and sure enough it was done. I plan on referring Adam to all of my friends and family.
Simply put Adam knows the Utah real estate market and is savvy and hands-on. After listing with Adam he provided excellent help. The showings went smoothly and he was great at retrieving feedback from potential buyers and other agents. He also provided weekly stats on how the property was doing online. When it came to offer time he was very thorough and really took the time to make sure the contract was fully understood. Excellent Realtor, and highly recommend.
A job well done. I had my home for sale by owner for sometime and didn't think I could get much more than what I was asking. I was referred to Adam by a friend. Sure enough Adam found a buyer for my home in only 4 days and he sold it at a much higher purchase price than what I previously had listed it as a for sale by owner. We had a great experience using Adam. We were trying to sell by owner and were getting some traffic, but it was a hassle to schedule showings and answer calls from realtors. I also was nervous about what to do should we receive an offer. We decided to list on the MLS with Adam and he took care of scheduling all of the showings and carefully guided us through the paperwork when we received an offer. Adam first showing us homes last year. I have the utmost respect for him as a professional in his field of real estate. As we searched for homes he was very honest and straightforward with us, always having our best interest and satisfaction in mind. He never once came off as a salesman type Agent. We were so impressed with the professionalism , service & knowledge Adam provided us. Do not be foolish and use anyone other Realtor, save your money. We sold our house in less than two weeks and he was amazing!!!
