Adam was an excellent agent to work with. His attention to detail is second to none. We were told by other agents that we were listing our home too high and Adam took the time to show us how we could sell for what we wanted. He helped us with staging, showing preparation tips and continually gathered feedback from agents that showed the home so we knew how to adjust. Adam had our home under contract in less than 30 days. It was amazing.

I wanted to quickly share my great experience with Adam. He has been excellent to work with. He is always available when you have questions or want to see homes. The nice thing with working with him is that he has a bunch of agents that also work for him. Even though it's been some years now since we used Adam we'd like to still express our gratitude and share our recommendation to anybody who is looking for a home. For the longest while we thought we could do it on our own and didn't really realize the value of having a Realtor. We wouldn't be in our wonderful home without Adam's expertise. His ability to negotiate saved us thousands. His knowledge of the real estate market in our area was second to none and because of that he found us the perfect home.

We were first time home buyers and having Adam guide us through the process was invaluable. I thought I was pretty savvy but when I saw how Adam and his team put together strategies and ideas for most effectively finding the home that best fit our criteria and budget I was very impressed. We had a fantastic experience working with Adam. He was always very punctual and made the extra effort to point out the little details that we might have missed when looking for and viewing homes. When it came to negotiations he was amazing. We were in a multiple offer situation and he put together a very effective strategy to help us win the home. We highly suggest using Adam if you are looking for a Realtor who goes the extra mile and is great with negotiating.

We are working with Adam Jordan for our relocation to the Davis county area for our transfer to the Hill Air Force Base. He’s been very informative and great to work with. I find his diligence worthy of praise as he is a strong go getter when it comes to having our best interests in mind. We will be closing on an excellent home very soon thanks solely to Adam’s superb negotiation skills and abilities. Adam has a very unique approach to helping his clients which I find refreshing. Maybe you could call it old school or old fashioned. He is very detailed in his work. Most agents I’ve worked with don’t even come close to the attention to detail that Adam puts together. Adam has been careful and helped me see the pros and cons of areas, neighborhoods and of course the homes too. We have used other agents in the past and I can promise you that Adam ranks at the top for multiple reasons. Professionalism, responsiveness and honest care. He really looks out for you during the sale. We had some complications that came up on our sale which brought us a lot of stress but Adam handled it amazingly with his negotiation ability. We think very highly of Adam and he’s an excellent choice for an Agent.
