Professional staff who are on top of things and very responsive to my questions. Friendly staff who always made the time. Hooked me up with a phenomenal photographer. The house sold as quick as I could have hoped for. The staff was helpful in setting price and negotiations.

I had an unbelievable experience with home selling heros, Samme took care of me every step of the way. I can't not begin to tell you how easy the process is, my house sold in 2 days. I cannot recommend this company enough, they exceeded my expectations and I cannot thank them enough for making my home selling experience exciting and easy. Home Selling Heroes really live up to their name! They are truly remarkable! They went above and beyond in every way to sell my home from beginning to end. I paid a one time, very small fee to solicit their help in getting my home listed on the MLS. I was very pleased with our home sale through Home Selling Hero’s. I appreciate that they are disrupting the marketplace standard by offering a flat fee versus the traditional 3% commission. They were professional, timely, efficient and respectful. I never felt pressured or pitched the typical realtor spiel. I have continued to refer friends and neighbors because our experience was so positive.

We used Jordan Real Estate to sell our home and the service was great! They were super responsive, and took care of all the tricky parts of selling our home. The photographer they sent out did a great job on our home. We managed to go into contract within a week, and despite some complications with the buyer we chose, they were persistent in keeping us informed all the way through. I was really impressed with all they did, especially considering they charged a low, flat-rate. I'd recommend using them!

Ashlee Strong was our contact for Adam Jordan and she was good to work with. They saved us a ton of money and handled everything electronically. We were listed in a day and the electronic notification for listings was nice. Lisa handled the open house and the whole experience was non-threatening. I would recommend them to anyone if you don't want to pay a 3% seller real estate fee on top of the 3% buyer fee. At todays home prices that can easily be over $10k just for the buyers fee.

Jordan Real Estate has been awesome! I didn't want to use a seller's agent due to the added cost. But they do things differently here, and it's refreshing. It was a low, fixed cost, and they not only listed my home on the MLS, but they did an open house, were willing to do a second open house, and they were meticulous with keeping in touch and making sure we knew what was going on during the whole process.
