If I could give a higher rating than five, I would. I can't say enough good things about Jordan Realty and my sales manager Taylor. I had tried a competitor flat rate company for one month prior to Jordan Realty. The professionalism between the two companies was like night and day. Jordan Realty offered all the services of a traditional brokerage company but without all the high fees. I offered a 2% selling fee to the selling agent but was able to pocket the rest. I highly recommend working with the Adam Jordan Team. Our realtor, Taylor Vernon was incredibly helpful and always entertaining, as well as being observant of signs of trouble in some of the houses we saw. This is a group that is current with technology so you don't have to drive to an office over and over to sign paperwork or wait for an agent to return your calls. Have bought and sold several properties over the years and have had mixed experiences. This one was positive. It was a pleasure working with Taylor Vernon from Jordan Real Estate. Extremely professional in every way and easy going. Very personable. Buyer's agent wasn't the easiest to work with but Taylor smoothed over the bumps. Highly recommend this agent and brokerage.

A friend told me about Jordan Real Estate. I couldn't have been more happy with the process of selling my home! PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT that is what we got and we have used them twice now and both times all of our dealings were perfect. We sold both houses within two weeks and saved a lot of money but didnt lack at all in service. Highly recommend !!!!

What a great experience it was working with this company! Selling our home was made easy with them. We tried for sale by owner with no luck. Paid a one time fee and within a few days it was on the market and we had four offers in four days! Highly recommend this for those looking for an alternative to for sale by owner!

Taylor was amazing. She was right on top of any questions or concerns we had. Working with her was truly great. even at closing the title agent mentioned how on the ball she was. I have already and will continue to refer her and Jordan real estate to all my friends and family.
