I am a new patient, returning to the area after a long absence. I had already decided to use Dr. Gotterer, but had not visited his office yet. On a very short timeframe, he diagnosed and ultimately repaired some old dental work. Total time from first call to office and permanent repair: 6 hours. Timing aside, he is a master at his profession, and his office staff is second to none. I have made an excellent decision to use him as my dentist, and highly recommend his services.
Was done well; on time and professional.
I had a good cleaning with Mary, and she gave me an explanation of a new dental tool she was using.
Friendly service and professionalism of the staff is A1as always. It seems as though the process of taking xrays hasn't evolved much with all the other advancements in dentistry . There gotta be a better way

It has always been a good experience with you folks - even when we had to do an extraction! But Dr. Jon can't tell me he knows what it is o be an "old guy"

I had a great experience with Marie I usually have anxiety going to the dentist for 1 hour and 1/2 she made we feel at ease the whole time and good music too
