I appreciate the use of the latest tools to promote both the care and the comfort of the client, the very personal atmosphere and the friendly people--dentist and others alike. Dr Gotterer was recommended to us by a local librarian when we first moved to town years ago, and we agree with the recommendation!

I've now been to four different appointments at Dr. Gotterer's office. Every single time the entire staff is phenomenal. They are all incredibly kind and go out of their way to explain what they are doing and why. My last two visits were with Joanne and I was fairly nervous about the first visit. She has such a calming demeanor I was immediately at ease. Went in for my usual 4 month cleaning---it was cold in there, and I happened to mention it to Mary . I had forgotten tobring my sweater--she offered me a blanket!! Of course I said yes and it made all the difference in my comfort. Many thanks for the little things that REALLY countand of course your expertise at what you do.
In The Bahamas we have a saying: It's better in The Bahamas, but it's gooder in Guana (which refers to Great Guana Cay). Well, it's Gooder with Dr. Gotterer. I was apprehensive, because some of the preliminary work would determine if a root channel was necessary. Fortunately it was not. But an unscrupulous character could have said that it was necessary, done the work, and charged for it. Jon Gotterer displayed his ethical behavior and moral character. Thank-you.
