Going to see the dentist used to be such an unpleasant experience. But Dr. Gotterer is such a pleasant, supportive doctor and his staff are always pleasant and helpful that I don't mind when I have to go for dental work.

Very friendly, caring and personable staff, my hygienist Joanne is terrific.
Mary's cheerful service and friendly care is just like a facelift, a chance to start fresh with a clean mouth. Because of her, my dental health has improved so that I can get cleanings less frequently. We both talked about making a commitment to eat less sugar, not an easy thing with Hallowe'en candy around. I applaud Jon's staff for the candy redemption program. It sends just the right message to children and their families.
Mary is the very best. She does an outstanding job. Then she tells Jon which teeth need work and he usually agrees. All in all they all do an outstanding job.
As always, what could have been a negative dental cleaning experience, was turned into a pleasant visit! Joanne is the best at her job! The entire staff is nice and friendly. The only negative was that Dr Gotterer was away on business, so I couldn't catch a glimpse of him in his new high heels. But there are photos... All kidding aside, I think they are the best in the business! Nina
