Dr. Gotterer and his entire staff are competent, knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. They even send out birthday cards to their patients, and do all they can to make going to the dentist as pleasant an experience as possible. They send out reminders to be sure that no one forgets his/her appointment. They all seem to realize that no one actually "likes" going to see a dentist, but each and every one in Dr. Gotterer's office endeavor to make the experience as painless as possible.
Dr. Gotterer and his entire staff are fabulous. All of you were very patient and kind to this nervous old lady. The filling replacement, removal of an old crown and its replacement with a temporary crown were completely pain free. Thank you, you are a great group of professionals.
If going to a dentist can be a good experience, this was an excellent experience. The office staff is friendly, pleasant and welcoming. We did not have to wait to see the doctor, Dr. Gotterer is knowledgeable, and gave me some excellent advice. I cannot say that I was "thrilled" to learn that the crown on my front tooth needed to be replaced, but since it is old, and in need of replacement, I shall be seeing Dr. Gotterer in April to begin the procedure.
