I had yet another great experience at Dr. Gotterer's office. Joann is AMAZING; she is a caring person and a wonderful hygienist. I am very lucky to have Dr. Gotterer and Joann!!

The office was very clean and welcoming. The staff was very polite and organized. The Doctor was very clear in explaining what he was doing and why he was doing something. My experience with Dr. Gotterer and his entire staff was wonderful. Their attentive bedside manner was equally matched by their professionalism, immaculate office and great result.
It may seem odd to thank dentist/hygienist/office people for a visit, but that's the way I feel after years of fear with other dentists. They are considerate and interested in my "pain level" every step of the way. Although I have never had to wait long enough to take advantage of them they have a wonderful selection of current magazines and a keurig coffee /tea maker. So, thank you, DrGotterer, Joanne and Theresa. I'll see you in May
Everyone is very nice..Th Dr's work is excellent . I Feel comfortable when in the chair, and He has a good personality . ..I'm glad I made the change to this dentist..I'm sure it was a wise decision !
