My hygienist Mary and she is awesome. I have been going to Dr. Goddard office at least 15 years. The service is excellent, everyone is very professional, and knowledgeable of their jobs. I have sent several of my coworkers and a I love the free movie tickets for the referrals. Keep the good work up guys. You are excellent team of professionals.
Jon Gotterer is the real deal!
Yesterday was my first visit to the office as a new patient. My visit was supposed to be just a consult & x-rays, but they also were able to squeeze me in for a cleaning as well! Everyone there was so kind, welcoming, and professional. I felt very comfortable and at ease the whole time I was in the office! Thank you for making me feel so welcome!
Mary always does whatever she can to make my visits as comfortable as possible, and she always asks about Kyle and how he is doing. I especially value the feedback I receive from both Mary and Dr. Gotterer that my efforts at home are keeping my periodontal issues stable. Mary, have a wonderful time in Ireland! I have spent the last 30 years with the same dentist, as I was somebody who experience years childhood trauma at the hand of a sadistic dentist.But I moved and had to find someone new-which felt very unsettling to me. Everyone at Jon's office was very sweet and welcoming. I had a cleaning and a cracked tooth that needed repair. Jon asked all along the way how I was and I experienced zero pain before, during or after my time in the chair. It was a perfect, easy experience. I feel so fortunate to have found this practice!
It is ALWAYS o good experience there! Go, team. GO!
The women in the office and dental rooms are awesome. Just a pleasure to visit when everyone is so nice.
