When you pay a company that is how the contract is bound meaning this is an obligation between you, as a consumer, and the company. If the company is negligent and not abiding by the contract, you should be entitled for full refund. This company does not do what they say the process is from the start and kept $750 of my funds I paid. I never even stepped foot in this office. What a shame. Please be aware of this company's standards....they don't have any.
