Don't book with this place. These people are *****. Surgery flight and stay was paid for and labs were completed on time, received clearance as well. It was odd I seen about 15 girls in a Facebook surgery group booked for my same doctor and same day as me but I didn't question it. We provided patient with several options in order to try to accommodate her. Being that we unfortunately weren't able to come to an agreement in regards to the patient proceeding with surgery we are processing a full refund with no cancellation fee.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Initially started out I turned everyone down to book with them. That's was completely a bad mistake. They initially had my date for June 25 then cancelled me the day before then moved me til July 1... VERY unprofessional. Once you give them your deposit, many complain that they are unable to get any questions answered or get in contact with anyone. They set you up with a surgery coordinator, which changes every day. If they change coordinators in the mists of you sending labs in, they'll cancel you without warning that you even have a new coordinator. Hello, we are very sorry you feel this way. If we change coordinators its in all of our patients best interest, as for the doctors and the office overall, however mainly our patients. The office had no intentions of cancelling your procedure, you were on top of your things and you were cleared for surgery fairly early on. We are also sorry to hear you're not loving your results! You are always entitled to looking into a second round. We will be more than happy to help you and we are hoping you're feeling better.
I paid my money scheduled a surgery date only to be cancelled not once but twice and given a random date for surgery. You can't trust this business with your money let alone your life. I am entitled to a FULL refund they breached their agreement and denied my refund. I wish I would of seen all the reviews before giving this company my hard earned money. They are unprofessional and do not deserve to be in business.

We apologize for any inconvenience but each surgeon has different requirements. With a positive nicotine test with Dr. ******* the patient must wait 30 days in order to reschedule and proceed with a new surgery date. Dr. Valladares evaluated the patient and felt confident in moving forward with her surgery and giving the patient her desired results. There was a price difference between the surgeons and the patients refund has already been returned to her account and the patient is having surgery today with Dr. ***********
My sister was scheduled for surgery on a Monday back in the surgery area with clothes off surgery gear on and waiting after 8 hours of waiting my sisters's doctor came in and told her that she could not do her surgery. Her coordinator assured her that she would have her surgery on Wednesday with another doctor. They scheduled another time. Mind you we paid money for flights, car, hotel stays for 7 days. Zero stars. I called Feb 1st. I spoke with ******* who signed me up for lipo. I paid 250.00 down. It is March 4th and they have not confirmed my surgery, nor refunded my money. They do not return calls or emails.
