I never received my refund for **** dollars. No one is answering any of my calls or questions
I was supposed to get surgery here on april 14th 2020 but the pandemic hit and it was canceled, I didnt get to do my surgery because they closed it after and they kept my deposit, I need my money back.
I have been trying to recover my refund from them since 2021. I never knew they were shut down. I received a phone cal from Dulce at their refund department saying I will receive a check, check came only for part of the refund and also bounced in my account causing it to close. No word from them on the other part of my refund. Just keep getting the run around saying it was sent to my now closed bank account and that they don’t have it. Guess it’s in the air somewhere. I’m currently seeking legal action.
The company closed and also kept my deposit. Didnt know that they were closing. I never received any emails or phone calls prior to the facility closing and I made my payment on their portal which now is gone. I cant pull it up or anything. Please help unprofessional and I just want my deposit back
I am a patient that was with **************** and she left the company and went somewhere else. Now she keg the other company and they are trying to charge me 750 dollars cancellation fee for you at Jolie when Im not your client and on top of all this. I didnt cancel surgery my Dr left and I just want to transfer. I shouldnt have to pay 750 because the Dr made a choice to leave!! Very unethical and poor service!!!
