Hello, I paid you guys back in April (full payment) for my surgery, not only did #potparic reschedule me 2 times bc he felt like it, the 3rd time I was completely played, I've been trying to get my refund back since September, you guys have been doing NOTHING but lying and playing with my money, u guys asked me to lift the dispute with my bank (I did in September) STILL NO REFUND! This place will **** you out at least 250.00. They need to be shut down for ***** business practices. I put down a security deposit of 250.00 on May 13 2021 for a surgery that was to take place on September 8th 2021. This is long brace yourself. Also, ***** Plastic Surgery is in a plaza near a Chase bank and Subway like it is a beauty supply store. It looks like 87th and Cottage Grove Chicago, IL with palm trees for visual reference. None of that mattered to me before the series of unfortunate events occurred. I was contacted by ***** for a bbl slot because someone had canceled giving one price then found out they was going to charge more money. So I decided not to go through I requested a refund and was forced into picking a date when I wanted to change my mind. I originally booked with Jolie in 2018.. after waiting 3 years for my surgery due to my own reasons, I chose *** ** Even expressed my concerns with him at pre op because I was seeing a lot of girls with bad experiences as well but I had already paid in full and they told me the other doctors were booked for June. long story short, after receiving surgery I am going on 9-10 weeks post op & still have back rolls and stomach fat. I put down a $250 deposit to secure my surgery date for 8/5/2021 and I made my deposit 3/3/2021 two weeks before my date they tell me the doctor is over booked. I want all my money back I picked the date for a reason. They suck and I want my money it took them 20 seconds to take my money out of my bank account. I'm not waiting a month to receive a refund or I will be at the door

Full of information and willing to help me out with answering any questions I had. Even gave me her phone number to answer any questions.
