This company has closed down with my deposit I made. Im very disappointed & would like to know who should I contact to *** for my deposit.

I had my surgery in 2019… a tummy tuck + lipo to arms & chin… i complained about my stomach being uneven when they removed my bandages after day 5… with no cleaning of wound site… per doctors instructions- found I had a infection… went home to California on antibiotics… had to seek care in California & it took another 3 rounds of antibiotics to cure infection… I had pus oozing out of sutures … which eventually busted and it took 2.5 months for wounds to close… I have wide scars on abdomen + unevenness in my abdomen. It’s very unprofessional of this business when handling with individuals funds. When a doctor leaves the facility the money should follow him to the new facility with communication with his future patients about the transition or FULL REFUND back to patient card.. it’s not right for us patients experience anxiety for 3 months because we are worried about what happen to our money. I hate I gave them a star, here is my story about Jolie back in September i went to Miami after being clear paid for lab work and everything them company call me in the day of post op to see if I can have surgery the same day!!! My first response was yes, I'm excited got pictures taken everything it's time to talk to the nurse well she is checking my chart and says your labs from 30 days are off I'm like really what's the problem she says your A1c is off amongst other things. let's do another test get you on Monday for surge... read more
Been trying to get in contact with someone in billing about my refund. I've called, emailed, and submitted my request for a refund. I was originally scheduled to have my procedure done by Dr.******. My procedure was canceled and they tried to schedule for a later date but Dr. ****** will no longer be working for the facility. I didn't won't another doctor so I requested my full refund along with the cell saver deposit In which you have to pay in cash for a total of $550. No one has reached out to me concerning this issue. I've been waiting to receive my money back from Jolie plastic surgery since August 31 they have not yet gave me any refund and told me that my bank received the money when my bank initially never received the money I have been going back-and-forth with them for three months and still no answer no reason why they can't give me my money back.
