Always excellent care!! Took very good care of my son when he was having seizures!! Great staff and Doctors!! <3
If I could give no stars god knows for fucking sure I would. Been sitting here with my sister since fucking 6:00, she's been here since 1 waiting for her husband to be seen. Been waiting for 4 hours to get a room and his nurse is rude and keeps disappearing god knows where. You're part of John's Hopkins people get your fucking act together!!!!
Love love love the staff here so far. Special shout out to the 6th floor nuerology staff. Dr David Solomon, nurses nancy and mike especially and so many others, all are on our list for who we thank God!
ER is horrible. Who makes a blind woman sit for 7 hrs with No food. Nor drink, but a cup of water. Doesn't help them with anything. Then sends them home with Eye drops, Tht ends up being the WRONG thing to put in her EYES !?!?! Says come back Tomoro. Then turns around& refuses to see you. She can't even see at all. What ??? Who does Tht to People. HA. Johns Hopkins hospital is a Joke !!!!
Took my fiance to the ER for an infection. Waited for almost an hour just to get a blanket because he was running a high fever, and when we finally did get it, it's because I asked a security guard and he went and got it. When he FINALLY got back to be seen, no one said a word. I left to find my sister, and when i got back, they had him in a decon shower because he mentioned that we had a bedbug problem at a house we haven't lived at in almost 6 months. I had my first son here. If it weren’t for them i would have died. I had major complication during my C-section that was unforeseen and unexpected. If the doctors didn’t take such fast action I wouldn’t be here for my son. My body just wasn’t made right to give birth. However they worked with me and my dream came true to have another child. They gave me two amazing healthy boys and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone is so nice. They get the job done and are nice doing it. Couldn’t have asked for more!
Service sucks...3hrs later still not seen!
