Horrible hospital
Terrible hospital and ER. My wife almost died from surgery and post surgical infection without proper supervision from real doctors instead of arrogant residents. Thank goodness BWMC saved her life. Changed all doctors to BWMC for surgery, oncology, infectious disease, etc. Much better treatment, responsiveness and accountability.
I need help with my mental illness but I live in Alabama only have medicaid
Not impressed. No handicap accessible rooms for patients to heal. Wheelchairs too big to fit in bathrooms. If pt doesnt walk your loved one it doesnt get done unless they are an easy patient to walk. Worst post op care. Great surgeon...unfortunate that she is associated with this facility as I'd never recommend coming here.
This is the slowest er in the world! My doc sent me here from the doctor's office and I waited for 4hrs. I got tired of waiting so I called me doctor and he told me to go to another er where I could be seen asap. Now I'm here today because my mother's doctor sent her here because she has been dizzy and throwing up. She has a history of stroke. We have been sitting here for 6hrs! Our Dear son Jack was born here Jan 10, 2014 @ 0153 and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience. Every staff member was exceptional and we want to thank everyone for their professional and personal touch. A special thank you to Nurse Paige as she was there with us as soon as we stepped into active labor through every part of the journey of delivery and took us to post delivery. Thank you!
