This will now have been the third or fourth time that I or someone from my family has made the same complaint. My daughter went into preterm labor on March 26th. She ended up losing the baby. She and her husband decided to have an autopsy done. First she was told it would be a couple of weeks before they would get the results. My son in law called the hospital after 2 weeks and then was told it could be up to a month before they got the results but someone would call them with the results. My grandmother who has dementia was discharged from Bayview this week. A solid gold chain she has worn for 20+ years was stolen right off her neck between 8 pm and the following morning my grandfather came back. Clearly you employee some great employees at #JohnsHopkinsBayview #JHH who follow your mission statement and vision.

I think Bayview Medical Center is PHENOMENAL. Very professional and knowledgeable employees. I have nothing but high praises for them. The rehab and occupational is awesome. My occupational therapist Greg is the best.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Yasar for years. I have tried for two weeks to get ahold of someone to reschedule his appointment. The medical coordinator never answers her phone or returns phone calls. I have had to call the Community Affairs Department to try to find a number to bypass the useless medical coordinator. It should never be this difficult to get ahold of a actual person and not an answering machine that records calls to never be returned

Got my mom to the ER for SEVERE CHEST PAIN at about 2:15 PM on a Tuesday. We didn't get to an ER room until 8:15PM...6 hours!???!! She got admitted to the hospital...now they're making her do the same tests over and over. Won't send her for an MRI. They tell her one thing, leave the room and never come back. Dr told her that her meds would be increased and she would possibly be discharged (still in pain mind you), but never came back in the room and never increased her meds. Almost 3 hours here the er is the worst slow as shit I guess these idiots are yo woryed about renovating this old hospital and letting service suffer john Hopkins would be rolling in his grave.the state should have kept this place sad city hospital was better then bv will ever be.

It's ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!! I wouldn't come here if I was already dead!!! Worst experience of my life !!!!! There's SO MANY things I can list in the day I've been here Also.. PCT: Nasheia.. Is HORRIBLE like all the others. All she does is sit on her ass on her phone .. Like all the others. It took an hour 2 get a drink .. 5 hours 2 get a blanket .. Had to buzz her 2 remind her an still 2 another hour for each .. And when she came in my room.. She had a bad attitude .

ER is completely disorganized was here a week ago 11 hrs never got passed triage 6 hrs in today and still not seen I have seen better organized MONKEY SHIT fights the ZOO
