Get directionsI had my first appointment yesterday about my stomach and esophagus and top it off I drove over 3 1/2 hours driving from West Virginia. And the doctor I did have made feel like I was taking a test about my own health as if I didn't know what was wrong with me if anything at all.. She has very rude and the receptionist down stairs in the lobby she was just as rude. I have waited 4 months to get approved to come here and this was how I was treated.
This is probably the best hospital that me or my wife had to have anything done at. So caring and on top of every little thing to assure your comfort and success for you surgery. We thank everyone there.
It was great going to the anti coagualation unit seeing Mr Twilley and and the lovely Ms Bowling they are very compassionate people and make my visit less stressful.
This is my 2nd time this year for coming to Johns Hopkins, I had my left hip replaced 2/17 & my right hip replaced 9/14. The service I received here both times was impeccable!! From the beginning to the end I couldn't have asked for better care which includes administration Sue Hornig, Barb Doud, & Tiffany, front desk, admissions, dieticians, housekeeping ,physical therapy, lab work, the fantastic nurses and surgical team, recovery and the surgeon himself, Dr. Robert Sterling. If I've forgotten anyone please know that you ar... read more
Had to go in for my 6 month post OP app. As always a great experience. Love my doc and her team.
Went their yesterday for a abscess that was ready to be lanced but since I didn't have insurance , they checked me in, made me sit in this back room for 2 hours , got me in this little side room, examined it , agreed that it was ready to be drained but wrote a prescription for ibuprofen and Bactrim and sent me on my way. Now I'm home limping around cause I can hardly walk with onions taped to the boil trying to drain it. Nice job Johns Hopkins. Multi trillion dollar company and nobody could do a simple incision and drainage ... read more
The Medical Staff is Excellent. Professional, Courteous, as busy as they are, not one medical staff from doctors to nurses to office staff or volunteers, made you feel like a "number " but showed and administered kindness, smiles and upmost compassion.
Es el mejor hospital me encanta porq todas las enfermeras doctores están pendiente de ti y más si vas sola
Mr Mike the patient rep in the Er is amazing he is compassionate, caring, and an all around great person! I wish everyone could learn from him in the medical field! The ER nurses Brian and not sure of the other male nurse that was taking care of my mom was extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to talk to explain to us everything in our terms what was happening going to happen etc they took time to understand our concerns and fears! Just a great expierence with those 3 during a very tragic time in our families life!
