Dr. Shefferman is very thorough, professional, friendly, and kind. He called me personally several hours after I got my invisalign attachments to ensure everything was going well. He has consistently been forthcoming and makes his patients feel comfortable. Making payments is easy through their online portal, and I have never had a negative experience with any of the front desk staff or other staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Shefferman to any family or friend.
I had Invisalign after being told by another orthodontist that my situation was not appropriate for this procedure. Dr. Shefferman was very professional and assured me that this would work fine, which it did. I am very pleased with the results. The procedures were painless and I even got to prefer to wear the retainers.
Went to Dr. Shefferman for invisalign to straighten my teeth for my sister's wedding. I had to wait a bit from my initial consultation until I could start the procedure (needed a crown), and was worried I wouldn't have the best results. His staff told me that it would be possible to change every 10 days instead of 2 weeks - if I only took them out to rinse after eating. Well, I was skeptical, but it worked. I did my invisalign treatment with Dr. Shefferman and I am very happy with the results. I had metal braces growing up and failed to wear retainers afterwards, so my teeth went back to being slightly crooked. Dr. Shefferman assessed my situation and gave me different options, s.a. metal braces or invisaligns. I choose invisaligns. Recently I finished my orthodontics treatment with Dr. Shefferman and I'm absolutely happy with the result. I definitely would recommend him, but I would like to say more. Dr. Shefferman is a very detail-oriented person, experienced and knowledgeable. Plus he is a very nice and decent person. He is very easy to talk with. I just completed my treatment today, 11/18/2014. it's been a little over two years (I was away from this country for some time so the whole treatment was delayed by several months) since the first visit in Sep. 2012. I am completed satisfied with Dr. Shefferman and his staff's professionalism, patience, hospitality and the fairness of financial charges. As a result of poor orthodontics and oral surgery in the past, I came to Dr. Shefferman needing a lot of work: not only had half of my upper left teeth shifted, creating some severe overlap, but my lower left teeth had overgrown up. The result was a very uneven biteline that canted up pretty dramatically. I had braces in high school, but now that i'm in my 30s things have shifted. The process for getting them straighter than they ever were was super smooth and I had no problems at all. The staff was very friendly and most of the time the appointments were extremely quick. The office was clean and looked new, so I felt I was in a really respectable facility. My only concern was that it was a bit expensive, especially now that there are so many online deals for invisalign, but the service and results were great.
I had invisalign that was relatively painful, and maybe affordable (I didnt do much pricing research). Everyone was very welcoming and wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and nice to be around. The treatment was easy and successful!
