Dr. Shefferman and his staff are great! I get many compliments from strangers on my teeth and its all due to how meticulous Dr. Shefferman is in his work. Highly recommended. Braces are never really cheap and you really get what you pay for here. I wouldn't say "expensive" but more reasonable. Additionally, they helped me with the paperwork for my flexible spending account. :) Dr. Shefferman's staff are always friendly, courteous and try to make you relaxed.
I am very happy about the results of Dr. Shefferman's work on my teeth. He is clearly expert in orthodontics as well as very personable. He's very careful to minimize any pain that a procedure could cause and consequently I always felt relaxed, never anxious. (My experience with Dr. Shefferman is longer than most because I didn't wear my retainer faithfully and had to have some of the work redone.) Dr. Shefferman and his staff provide top-notch service. They worked with me on my payment plan and have provided superb orthdonture care for 4 1/2 years. I highly recommend Dr. Shefferman. I cannot say enough good things about my experience as a patient with Dr. Shefferman. Dr. Shefferman is calm, confident, competent, and friendly. He has a positive 'can do' attitude and explains all procedures, time lines, and so forth very clearly and patiently. I would say the same thing about the staff in his office. Dr. Shefferman and his staff are wonderful! I was very anxious and skeptical about having orthodontic work done as an adult, but I am thrilled with the results. Dr. Shefferman is extremely kind and patient - he always answered all my questions thoroughly and never made me feel silly for asking. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I agree with another reviewer who said a visit to their office is like visiting old friends!
Dr. Shefferman and his staff are awesome. Everyone is professional, caring, informative and just plain nice. I went in not really knowing what to expect and every step of my treatment was explained thoroughly. I couldn't have dreamed up a better orthodontal experience. The cost was moderately expensive but the outcome is well worth it. I have recommended Dr. Shefferman to friends and plan to bring my children to him should they need Orthodontic care in the future.
Dr. Shefferman and staff are very professional and extremely nice to work with. Our daughter had great success with the work he performed and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment. We had a very positive experience.
I love the staff, Dr. Shefferman, the atmosphere and mostly the service I recieve at the location. Office is relaxing, procedures are explained very clearly.
