My brother and I have both been going to Dr. Shefferman for many years now. The staff has always been wonderful and eager to work with you, and over the years I have made friends with them. The facilities and office are all very comfortable and clean, and the staff even puts out numerous games and magazines to entertain those waiting. 3 years ago I faced the stress and agony of having to get braces for a second time. After meeting 5 orthodontists, I picked Dr. Shefferman and am happy I did. Other orthos told me I had to have surgery and/or extraction. What I liked best about Shefferman was his honest, straightforward and thoughtful answers to my questions. I had invisalign on my upper teeth and traditional metal braces on my bottom teeth because this combination best met my corrective needs and was more cost effective too. Dr. Shefferman and his staff are especially courteous and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Shefferman is a wonderful orthodontist and his staff is very nice and friendly. I would recommend him highly to anyone needing orthodontal treatment. I had an open bite and this was my second time around for correcting it which included surgery. Dr. Shefferman also recommended an excellent surgeon. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
All other dentists and orthodontists wanted to pull my receding front tooth. Dr. Shefferman was the first to say he could correct it, and he did. He is excellent. His office staff is friendly. He was referred to me by my SO, who had a daughter with a difficult problem, that other dentists missed. I would highly recommend Dr. Shefferman!
When we moved from NYC to Washington, Dr. Shefferman was recommended to us by our orthodontist in NYC as the best orthodontist in Washington. My daughter had multiple and complex orthodontic problems and Dr. Shefferman corrected them all perfectly. I received the Invisalign treatment from Dr. Shefferman. Not only was the treatment a great success, but the quality and support offered by the Doctor and his staff is unmatched in Washington, DC. I was able to see the Doctor at times convenient to me, and after I accidentally broke an Invisalign, they were able to squeeze me in right away. Every time I smile in the mirror or get a compliment on how good my teeth look, I am reminded of how great a doctor Dr. Shefferman is!!!! Appointments were always on time and the staff is friendly and efficient. Procedures like this are never cheap but my beautiful smile is worth every penny I spent!!
