I was almost a 10-year customer. I requested full insurance on a motorcycle only to find out that my coverage lacked Personal Injury Protection, and who knows what else, which is why I specifically asked for full coverage to be applied. Upon discovering that I didn't have PIP coverage and getting stuck with a $2.5k medical bill I simply asked why that coverage wasn't applied... Multiple times... for over 6 months. My car was stole oct 17 I wasn’t informed I had to call my home insurance till Dec 5 I contacted State Farm was assigned a agent. I send in my inventory report my Mac book $1300 and my A**** Watch was in the car in my A*** Book bag he told me to send pictures or recites well being the stuff is now over 2 years old I didn’t have recites but I did have pictures. I had a business policy for 12 months. I told my agent that well before the 12 month mark that I did not want to renew it. I sent an email to her a month before reminding her of this. I still have it in my records. Soon after the 12 months I sent a message on Facebook to the agent, again reminding her that my policy should be not have been renewed. It was. Not only was the policy continued, but I had a payment taken for the renewed policy, again, not something that I wanted. I called the 800 number and did not get anywhere. ... read more

Not sure if this will get anyones attention but.....state farm has had my phone number listed under one of their agency's for years now and everyone i have talked to keeps telling me to call this number call that number, your basic run around, pass the buck BS. Listed on the Pilsen illinois BBB site and they are about as much help as state farm!!!!!

I was with state farm for over 23 years and my agent ***** **********total screwed me over as well the headquarters. Her employee total ruins my policy and the headquarters did not care either. I paid every 6 months and it only took 10 days in June to screw up my policy. I tried to get the headquarters to help before I had to find insurance before the first of July but they did not care either. StateFarm. Were very unprofessional and lack of communication between the head office, the agent and client (me). I was a State Farm home-car client 1997-2010 without claims. I moved to Canada 10 years where I was a client of T* ******* ******** ********* for 10 years. No claims. I came back to the US in 2019, went back to StateFarm insurance for my car & home. I provided the State Farm agent with my good standings referreral letters from T* ******* ********* Canada. I paid my policies. Not one single speed or parking ticket... read more

I have been with state Farm almost 30 years and at no time have I ever had tickets and they claim me for two accidents one in 2016 which didnt happen and in 2019 someone hit my car while I was at target pharmacy. A lady wrote down the vehicle number, called police and police were able to review it at the store video. Despite this I was charged for the accident because I reported it to them . the cost was $2200 . Do Not choose this company! I had F*** ****** for approximately 14 years and never any issues. I then got a quote from a local agent in Seguin,Texas that saves me about $50 a month. The quote that I was given was contingent on plugging a tracker into my two vehicles (not interested) so the savings ended up being only $20 and I had already switched companies.
