I have been sitting on a no fault claim going on 50 days. Still don’t have my car back and StateFarm refuses to pay the rental fees up front that have now cost over $2500 and counting, out of pocket. They refuse to take responsibility for their delay in sending an adjuster out 9 days after the accident, along with another 20 days of delay on a supplemental agreement with the collision center. the stolen property claims is about 1/2 of current about to replace the car. I found 2 comparables that were selling for 2x the amount that they offered to replace it. This is a ****company. I would give them 0 stars if I could

I was shopping for a new insurance company hoping to get a better price. I called state farm for a price They said they could save me aproxamley $50.00 per month. Based on this information I setup to cancel my account with A******* at end of month, and start with State farm Based on the information supplied by state. After I canceled my account with Allstate, I received a call from State farm saying he made a mistake. And he would have to charge me an additional $50.00 per month. I’ve made so many calls to my agent and to corporate as well and still have not been situated. Our town had a snow storm, and our water pipes froze at my beauty salon. And burst. Though we did all precautionary measures to prevent it. And it flooded my shop and destroyed most of my inventory. I called to file the initial claim, got one return phone call from an adjuster, then never heard from him again. I called almost daily, emailed repeated late. Nothing. 2 major claims in last 11 years. Agent, claims adjuster and claims liaison were amazing. Settled in less than 48 hrs an consistently guided us to protect our own interest. No problem contacting any of them.

In January of 2022 we had a terrible windstorm that took out almost 2 sides of my fence down. I made a claim, had an estimate done through pictures and ended up with a payment without my permission of acceptance of it. I had emailed him since I was at work and said I wanted to get a second opinion from local fence companies and the agent said they can only pay what they know they owe. how do you know from pictures? anyway I finally was able to get two more estimates done that are about $3500 to $4000 more than what the agent... read more

I am still not happy, they did send me another payment but the point is, all this money I give them a they depreciate my fence value by 41% for a 6 year treated wood fence that has all the post in concrete. I will not give this company anymorenof my time money. L****** ***** seems to be better as far as depreciating things cause I have spoke with them and they would of gave me more than what state farm has so I will no longer do business with them. State farm is not there for their customers

RUN!!! If you use them!! State farm are crooks. I'm a state farm customer and was in an accident (not my fault) with another state farm customer. In the 3.5 months that I've been trying to get this case resolved they've been impossible to reach. During this time they deemed the vehicle fixable on 3 separate occasions body shop was in the middle of fixing my vehicle to then have state farm change their minds and deem it a total loss.
