Super disappointed with them. I have been a customer for years. I never thought I would be so mad with this company. I need to register my car and need proof of insurance. I use to be able to access them on the app. Now I cant. I wrote the customer service team on the app. They said they would resolve it. Got an email saying I am not the primary person on the account so I can't access to it. I pay the bill its in my name. I called tried to get them to fix it and they won't. This company su*** A******** they lie they don't take claim for things they fuck up on their end. A lady hit a parked car Infront of me while driving and then backed into my car. Trying to leave the accident seen. They wanna blame me saying i hit her when clearly, I sent pictures of the side of my car messed up? If I hit her wouldn't the front of my car be messed up? In early January I was involved in a car accident. I was hit. 4 weeks later my insurance agent still has not filed a claim with the other insurance, has not looked for the police report, and expects me to pay the deductible. I am the victim; I should not be paying anything. State Farm Insurance Company has been HORRIBLE to work with and is denying full payment of a claim filed when a State Farm insured driver pulled out without looking across two lanes while my daughter was driving down a 4 +1 lane highway. I have used State Farm for over 35 years. I began using Shawn Dunn in B****** a few years ago because I did not want to use the same office as my ex-husband. His office never returns phone calls. Every time I call, there is someone new. It seems very difficult to get business handled. Friday, January 28, 2022, I received a call about a wreck from Sept. 2020 (Yes, a year and half ago). WORSE car insurance company to get in an accident with. They take ooooooorrrr ever to take full liability "to be exact 2 months" even with an attorney. Then the PI adjuster takes weeks or months to reply or return our calls. What a joke! Thinking they will handle their cases fast since they're a big insurance company but that's not the case. Their insurer driver even admitted it was his fault and it took forever to complete my case.

Could not get state farm to set up a tow after they said they would. The car has sat in the body shop for 3 weeks without repairs getting started because state farm claims sat on the claim without doing anything. They finally got the ball rolling a few days before the car rental expired and they blame the body shop and refuse to extend the car rental. It takes over an hour to speak to someone in claims and everyone I've spoke with has lied about getting me answers and lied about their names. What a joke state farm is.

I have been a loyal customer of State Farm for over 10 years with the same agent. I filed my only car accident claim with them on 12/15/21. I had no worries at the time because I thought State was a great company and would treat me right. I called after hours hotline to report the accident. I had just purchased a 2019 Nissan 2 months prior. I was told I did not have collision insurance only comprehensive and could not tow my car nor could I get a rental car. I was informed in January 2021, that my life insurance policy would increase, and if I did not renew my policy, it would be cancelled in October 2021. I spoke with a State Farm agent and stated I could not afford nor want the policy; the money was deducted without my authorization or knowledge. I contacted State Farm and was informed that I will not be reimbursed.
