After Our "Derecho" in 2020 (Aug), State Farm has Not been the "Good Neighbor " that they Claim. I have had to fight with them on Everything just to get them to Even send a Claims Adjuster to my Property. They used the Term "Depreciation" on almost everything that sustained damage, from my 6' privacy fence, to my Decks. HORRIBLE COMPANY, avoid at all costs! Ryan M**** specifically should have been fired for abysmal service and false advertisement but they promoted him instead! Goes to show you that being a bad person is what pays at State Farm
I purchased a new home September 30th 2021 and chose State Farm as my homeowners insurance. At the time I was very satisfied with my coverage however; on 10/19/2021 I came home to my bedroom, hall, daughters room and hall bathroom flooded. My new carpet had only been installed for 5 days. We were not even completely unpacked. I had to file a homeowners insurance claim after only 20 days in our house . All our walls and flooring had to be pulled out and dried out. State Farm is the worst comp to go with! Tree went through my roof and caused severe damage causing support beams to go through my roof !! 3 different contractors gave me estimates over 30,000 they gave me 10k $1300 was for damaged computer when beam shot up 2nd floor room from first floor $2000 was my deductible that leaves $7700 their adjuster are inexperienced or just simple crooks at this time i have been paying out of pocket because its been 5 months and StateFarm cant get their things together!! Please don’t waste your money or time on this company they are over flooded with claims that they have a poor way of handling each claim. My claim was filed at the beginning of December, they were passing along different information each time. I felt as if I worked for them because nothing would get done unless I called to ask for updates. They kept referring me back to the app that literally didn’t have much information at at. State Farm should be ashamed of themselves!!! If I could leave -10 for stars I would! I am a single mother of six, and I have water damage from a recent storm in upstate **. I took the pictures reported it like I was suppose to, and they told me I didn’t do it soon enough, and I should’ve hired someone to have tarped my whole house???? State Farm destruction General customer service they have all these clauses that they don't tell you about they take your money every month will give you no assistance and your life is on hold until they decide what they want to do never would I recommend State Farm to anybody in the world they want their money every month but when you have to put a claim in forget it it'll take forever and they don't care your life is on hold they have their own codes and language just like lawyers do
State Farm refuses to respond to countless emails regarding my claim. They ignore my adjuster and my attorney as well. Worst company to ever be insured by

Mike Estrada's State Farm agency based out of ******** **: This State Farm agency has gone so far downhill in the past few years that it is unrecognizable from where it was years ago.
