Refused to cover roof replacement on two different houses. The last one they said the roof was only eleven years old and should be repaired. We have had that roof repaired almost sixty times on our nickel. They also screwed me over on an auto claim when the police wrote the other guy five tickets and arrested him. I have been a customer for almost forty years. That ends this year. Horrible thieving comoany.
I open my first business in February 2021 I got broken into Twice September 3, 2021 and September 4 of 2022 I didn’t receive my closet payment until about late November early December because it took about four weeks for me to receive payment my business was closed during that time I made a payment towards my business insurance in December and in January 25 of 2022 the Bears have been struggling so I was a little behind on the bills but I was only supposed to have a February and currently March bill when I got broken into an... read more
STATE FARM is spending SO much money on advertising (multiple commercials with high paid pro athletes) and we have seen a SIGNIFICANT increase in denied and underpaid claims. Years ago their customer service was outstanding. But as they advertise more with high profile and expensive athletes, their coverage has decreased substantially. And I won’t even start with their customer care—took well over a month to even get a claims adjuster to come to our home. Worst experience ever. I want to cancel my policy. It took me a whole week, one online chat that lasted for 2 hours, and 10 phone calls to have them submit a cancellation request. The receptionists and online chat agent told me that my agent will call me, have a conversation, and confirm the cancellation. After 10 days of waiting and no one calling me, I made a final call with someone named Malik. Malik kept interrupting me and condescending me, “We have already submitted the cancellation request. The area I live in experienced a sever storm. 4 houses that I can see behind me had new roofs and their insurance paid claims, neighbors to both sides of me have new insurance paid roofs. 3 across from me, 2 have new roof or in the process with insurance paid claims. StateFarm has been my insurance company for years. For the last 2 years Ive been driving a new car that I took a lot of pride in and decided to put Maximum Full Coverage on. Had the entire engine and exhaust restored back to factory as best as possible at Belle Tire. And a detailed vehicle service record. I called and notify them on January 28 that I got *****starting on February 1st and they told me they already debited the automatic payment for the last month of the policy. The policy was up to renewal on 3/1 but it was a lot more money than before and less coverage. I was told that it will take between 7 and 10 business days to get the money back. Being looong gone the 7 to 10 business days, I called and they choose to terminate the policy on 2/2 and now the refund will take about 30 days so maybe if I call to find out by ... read more
When a State Farm customer ran into my truck, State Farm refused to replace the body part and wanted to apply Bondo instead.
Warning....State farm is not the good neighbor they promise. They leave families who suffer loses, due to no fault of their own, hanging out to dry with no vehicle and two children to take care of and still not making a fair offer. Stay away from this insurance company.
