I have been with State Farm for more than five years and never made any claim until recently when I was rear ended while stopped at the intersection waiting for the traffic light to change . Police concluded that the other driver was responsible for the accident, a State Farm customer as well. The tactics that employ to delay and deny makes me wonder how these crooks stay in business ? I've been trying to get a new roof since June 2021 from hail damage suffered in August 2020 that was well known to our entire area. Every house on my street that needed a new roof got one without a problem, including my neighbor. Entire replacement. State Farm cut me a check for less than $100 to repair shingles, which they don't even make anymore, because this is the original roof from the house being built in 2002. My partner and have State Farm fro many years and have been paying insurance to cover our home and two vehicles. Unfotunally my partner had a hit and run accident, where the order driver left the scene of the accident, had not insurance etc. We filed a claim, our case representative Lauren B***** has been the worse in handling the situation. I was backed into by a State Farm customer. My vehicle was completely stationary and had been. I was found partly liable because I took no evasive action. In a parked vehicle that was backed in to? Evasive action? This company is run by crooks. I really wish those in charge would stop taking money from criminals and hold them accountable. Such scummy practices and I would recommend that everyone take their business elsewhere.

State Farm just notified me they are willing to keep my policy but I must drop towing services due to having 3 tow in one year. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME. In order words, GIVE US YOUR MONEY BUT HOW DARE YOU USE PAID SERVICES. I encourage everyone to please don't use FAKE FARM SERVICES. I have had a life insurance policy with State Farm for 36 years. My husband and I recently moved to a new state, the second time we did so in 5 years, away from the state in which my current agent works. I received an unsolicited email from an agent in our new state indicating that my policy was not in legal standing and that his office would assist in transitioning it. Horrible company. Claims representatives will lie to you without hesitation. No respect for long time loyal customers. Everything they do is to deny you your rightful recovery. Avoid State Farm at all costs. Dishonest crooks!
I had State Farm for 4 years. Never had not one issue with them up until April. I find out my insurance that I’ve been paying for on AUTO PAY for the last 9 months someway somehow DMV shows State Farm telling them I canceled my insurance 4 days after I got my insurance. How can they still take my monthly payment but DMV has me with a suspended license and an insurance relapse?! My family has three homes in *** *****. All three are over a million dollars, all three have septic systems. The agent ( Mark Citsay ) that sold this policy to my elderly parents would have known this. A recent issue at one of the homes involving the septic system has been deemed “ not covered “ although secondary damage was done to my home.
