Horrible establishment. I recently moved to Virginia and set up my coverage. My first monthly bill was low as expected. My second monthly bill was doubled. Somehow State Farm added an RV to my coverage. How could this happen as I never owned an RV in my life. I’m still waiting for the reimbursement check. The third monthly bill was still high, therefore I canceled my policy. I am not going to saleries for Jake and Chris ****.

I was a customer for 40 years. I took lots of pictures of our accident but I could not convince the claims adjuster that the other person was speeding. Then they said our vehicle was previously damaged and wouldn’t pay all the damages. My agent was useless, so is claims adjuster

Won't approve any houses for hail damage in ********. Evidence is clear with holes and state farm would say its all mechanical meaning it happened naturally or by homeowners mistakes what a joke! Don't get snake farm

My experience with State Farm...A portion of my siding blew off during a high wind storm. It has been 6-months and it is still not resolved. We were immediately told from our siding provider that our type of siding was no longer manufactured and they provided the required documentation. State Farm stated, "No, there are three providers in your area that can secure your siding." I went to all three providers. All three stated that my siding is no longer available. My experience has been terrible. Im a 10+ year customer with statefarm. I'm new to the area and am a state to state transfer. Tony did not quote me properly with my state to state transfer and when I got my next months bill was in a huge surprise to be getting charged more then double of what I was quoted. I never received any notice of the change and had to call my self only to be blamed for not disclosing an accident that occurred in December. For approx 40 years I've made early payments to SF to cover vehicles. Mortgage co pays (on time) home owners. NEVER had to file a home owners claim until recently. Approximately one year ago we ( my husband and I) contacted SF because several homes in the neighborhood (across the street, next door and several others on our street) had to have roofs replaced due to damaging winds.SF sent a rep who looked at roof from the ground and said he saw no damage and that we should get another 3-5 years before it needs replacing. My car was in an accident 4/4/2022 State Farm has yet to either decide they will fix or total it because the adjuster will not go look at me car. It is like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. Mean time I have been having to ask people for rides every where because they will not give me a rental. They are the absolute worst and I would never ever recommend them to anyone and will let anyone that listens know how horrible they are. Everyone that I know that has them has had similar issues. I purchased a car for my granddaughter and she is insured under my policy with State Farm. She had an accident last November when another driver hit her from the rear. The other driver received a ticket and was also insured by State Farm. I've never had to deal with such frustration on a claim before. If you call them, it's an hour wait and then you get disconnected or transferred.
