Recommendedlastweek I went to your facility about 7pm my left arm was hurting bad I told the attendance person what I thought was to be a arthritis flare up she looked at me and said we can't x-ray it I looked at her and said it's a arthritis flare up then she continues to say no x-ray the other nurse said she can give me a shot it only lasted till Monday night.so I won't be going back at that time.
Do NOT go to the new office on Nicholasville Road. I went last month & have yet to get my prescription because the staff there will not get the prior authorization from my insurance. Asked for a counseling referral & the office they referred me to couldn't get me in until the end of November. Horrible care. I predict a lawsuit in their future.
