I'm leaving 1 star for the lack of there being a 0 star option. If you could hire somebody in the er triage that can take a child's rectal temperature without needing 3 tries, that would be great. This is only 1 complaint among the list of my dissatisfaction...
I think that the hospitalist that is seeing me is rude and might as well go ahead and call me s drug addict when I am not one. I have stage 4 colon cancer mets to the liver and barley had a bowel movement and ask something for pain and he tells me know because of the past history with the other hospital drs when I got admitted in here. So I take it as they assume that I do drugs when I don't. Why not give me something by iv since he made me npo. Today is Saturday august 13th and it is 3:13am I am in room 4028 north tower
My Husband had to be taken by ambulance to HMH on Aug. 5, 2016. From the ER to the staff on the 4th floor, he received excellent treatment. Thank you all so much!
Worst hospital I've ever been too. You'd die in the lobby before they even get to see you.
You would figure they would help the people in pain first.... But no to the lady sitting there in pain I'll pray for you!
Don't come here the er is a joke 20 nurses at nurse station laughing and joking asked for help for my father and no one came to see him

I have a history of a rare form of seizures. Upon discharge (after being there for THREE days) from a separate medical reason I had seizure. The discharge nurse LAUGHED at me and accused me of FAKING A SEIZURE to stay in the hospital longer. Who in the hell would want THAT?!? I NEEDED medical treatment. I BEGGED for it. I NEVER remember these seizures and they sent me home with my memory feeling like a sponge. I'll NEVER go back there.
I had both my kids their my son in 2012 and baby girl in 2013. It was great and the doctors and nurse and wonderful and their are to people that help me the most Dr. Amy Preen. And nurse babie thank you both you made my time their less scary.
