CBC GROUP Advertised operating hours from 7:30 am to 5;30 am. However, if you call anytime during those hours, all you get is a voicemail. I am terribly upset that i received a HATE LETTER From CBC Advisng that if i miss another appointment that i would be dropped from the Practice. If CBC would have someone on the Phones at 7:30 then they would not have to send HATE LETTERS. A 24 hour notice is not always possible. But if someone would answer the phone then a later appointment time could be made and you wouldn't have to sen... read more

I was sent there for a uti. I had had one for months. I had been on several different antibiotics without the infection going away.. I had just went to the urologist he sent me on over to baptist health. They put me on IV antibiotics. I had not been running a temperature at home in there I spiked one of a 101.9 they never even considered I could have Septist. They didn’t even check my lactic acidosis. Didn’t even have a current white count. I also have type 1 diabetes. They let me test my own blood sugar and keep my pump on.... read more
RecommendedI had a severe migraine and Saturday my husband took me to the ER and for the.first time in several years the waiting room was empty. We maybe waited 10 minutes total to get checked in and into a room. The PA was super nice and helpful along with our nurse. I was really impressed. But on our way out the waiting room was packed. I just got lucky thank goodness.
RecommendedEr doctors were very polite and showed compassion. I fell in my heart doctors driveway. Broke my nose in two places and required seven stitches on my knee. We live off of disability checks no run or money left for much. My husband called about getting me new glasses. Well he got nothing but the run around
