The Emergency Department is nothing far from a joke. If you get admitted and have to stay I'd have to say that the best nurses, aids, and docs are upstairs. The ER is very poor assisted and they don't care. Too busy chit chatting and on phones texting. You constantly hear monitors going off. My mother has congested heart failure and copd, they rather have her laying here struggling to breathe and go see a lady with a less serious problem. Place is and impossible to be ranked at all and alarming that the positive comments are the ones that get addressed on this page. If it is a negative comment a response from anyone at said facility goes ignored
Great place to work!
The maternity ward is absolutely fantastic I will definitely be delivering my next two I plan on having at HMH. However, the majority of the ER staff is not only rude but uneducated and not willing to give a patient the time of day. I get that the ER gets busy and there are other patients and some critical and it gets tiring and tough but that is not an excuse for making a patient feel unwelcome and uncomfortable and dreading an ER visit even more.
I love the maternity ward...I was treated so good. Love it! I will be having any other babies I concieve here!
I Was in the hospital with knee replacement and I couldn't of got any better care. The nurses, pca's, cleaning, and dietary all was helpful and nice. The therapy dept was outstanding. I went up to the skilled nursing facility upstairs, and they went beyond being great. The staff, and anybody you came into contact with, was so helpful. I highly recommend having knee replacement done at HMH.
The only thing good about this place is that they have a good hip specialist... But other than that, it's a butcher shop
Won't go on about feelings of this place.
Radiology dept . They did a great job with my daughter. Very patient and dr. Ram was amazing. You can tell she cares about her patients and so informative (:
