History Established in 1998. Our first Jimmymacs was built in Renton, WA in 1998. We brought the "Roadhouse" concept to Washington State. We are the place you can throw peanut shells on the floor. We make everything in our kitchen from scratch. We researched Texas Roadhouse concepts before we designed and built our Washington Roadhouse. A combination of Out Back and Texas Roadhouse very expressive but worth the cost and the great staff
chicken fried steak was very good, as well as the mashed potatoes and gravy. loved their rolls and honey buns!
The Texas Filet was so good, the steak practically dissolves in ones mouth. I will be returning!
My husband ordered the large ribeye tonight for dinner and my son ordered the kids burger. My husbands steak was sent back twice- once because it was well done and the second time it came out blue! The third time is was cooked fine but it was defiantly the 8oz and came out to him in two pieces. My sons cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp so we swapped it out for the overcooked, watered down kraft mac and cheese.
