History Established in 1998. Our first Jimmymacs was built in Renton, WA in 1998. We brought the "Roadhouse" concept to Washington State. We are the place you can throw peanut shells on the floor. We make everything in our kitchen from scratch. We researched Texas Roadhouse concepts before we designed and built our Washington Roadhouse. We love this place! We go here almost every date night we get! Called and they weren’t apologetic or very nice about it.... cause my daughter wants to eat this, right?! Hard and burnt to a crisp 🤯 Or they rolls that could put a hole in my wall?...

I have been searching for Prime Rib since Covid started. This was the best, So good!! The drinks and rolls were awesome too!!
when my kid ordered mac and cheese I thought it wouldnt be a problem, after all Jimmy macs seems like a place that would at least serve a decent mac and cheese. imagine my suprise when they literally served my kid BOX STYLE mac and cheese. they have a full industrial kitchen, not sure my they cant use it properly. Wont be going back!
First, our server, Tommy, was fantastic!!! Super fun, helpful, and customer service focused!!! Then the food, wow! C-19 has not impacted the food quality one bit, it actually seems better! We had the filets (7 and 14oz) and they were like butter, so tender and perfectly cooked (med rare), yum!! Better than my local, expensive steak house (seriously). Not to mention all of the other food: rolls, salad, baked potato -- all the food, on point!!! Both my husband and I were so pleased. Thank you very much!!!
