History Established in 1998. Our first Jimmymacs was built in Renton, WA in 1998. We brought the "Roadhouse" concept to Washington State. We are the place you can throw peanut shells on the floor. We make everything in our kitchen from scratch. We researched Texas Roadhouse concepts before we designed and built our Washington Roadhouse. Best pulled pork sandwich I've ever tasted! Best bread and butter I've ever had! Awesome staff! Just a great place to go. Call ahead and make reservations, as it gets very full.
