History Established in 1998. Our first Jimmymacs was built in Renton, WA in 1998. We brought the "Roadhouse" concept to Washington State. We are the place you can throw peanut shells on the floor. We make everything in our kitchen from scratch. We researched Texas Roadhouse concepts before we designed and built our Washington Roadhouse. Just went yesterday with my fiancé & grandfather!! I ordered a rack of ribs and my fiancé ordered prime rib! I have been to all the steak houses, but this prime rib was the absolute best. We had the spinach artichoke jalapeño dip as an appetizer!! To die for!! We also had a side of sautéed mushrooms. Absolutely delicious. The sauce the mushrooms are covered in was sooo savory.
