History Established in 1998. Our first Jimmymacs was built in Renton, WA in 1998. We brought the "Roadhouse" concept to Washington State. We are the place you can throw peanut shells on the floor. We make everything in our kitchen from scratch. We researched Texas Roadhouse concepts before we designed and built our Washington Roadhouse. Anyone working in the service industry.. please keep in mind your surroundings and where you say things. We went to Jimmy Mac's tonight and right before we left something was said.. not directed at us but something we could clearly and easily hear from a MANAGER. There were a couple of guys sitting down for dinner. Who knows their status.. friends partners it doesn't matter and it's none of our business... I thought the food and service was great. Also, I will go again for the food and atmosphere.
Paul the GM of Federal Way is a great man. We showed up for dinner tonight and thought we made reservations but found out we had called the Renton location but Paul figured out a plan and we got seated. The service was great and the food came quick with being very busy. Thank You Federal Way Jimmy Mac’s. It’s great to see managers out helping clear tables and sit people when business is very busy.
