History Established in 1998. Our first Jimmymacs was built in Renton, WA in 1998. We brought the "Roadhouse" concept to Washington State. We are the place you can throw peanut shells on the floor. We make everything in our kitchen from scratch. We researched Texas Roadhouse concepts before we designed and built our Washington Roadhouse. my ribeye steak was cooked just as I ordered. The baked potato perfect. The warm rolls, delicious.
Perfect Friday night in, everything was packaged with care making sure salads and fries were crisp. they even included the most thoughtful thank you note with a bag of peanuts. I can't talk about Jimmy Mac's without mentioning the star of the show...those rolls and honey butter are just as soft and sweet for take out and for dining in. Yum!
Great food and curb side take out for no touch service! And you get peanuts!!!
