History Established in 1998. Our first Jimmymacs was built in Renton, WA in 1998. We brought the "Roadhouse" concept to Washington State. We are the place you can throw peanut shells on the floor. We make everything in our kitchen from scratch. We researched Texas Roadhouse concepts before we designed and built our Washington Roadhouse. Our first time having dinner and definitely not our last. We have been looking for a good restaurant for special dinners and we have found it! It's a rarity that we find somewhere that all 4 of us like and we did here. Our server was awesome.
