History Established in 1998. Our first Jimmymacs was built in Renton, WA in 1998. We brought the "Roadhouse" concept to Washington State. We are the place you can throw peanut shells on the floor. We make everything in our kitchen from scratch. We researched Texas Roadhouse concepts before we designed and built our Washington Roadhouse. The only things that are good here are the rolls w/honey butter and the salt rock baked potatoes. I’ve eaten here several times and I’ve never liked my food. We went here today for a family celebration and everyone’s steaks were overcooked, our friends sandwich didn’t have bacon on it and it was supposed to. I ordered the Texas toast prime rib dip and the bread was so burnt it was actually black. I couldn’t believe they would even serve it that way. Jimmy Mac's has been on my favorites list for years. Their food is great, but their people are even better. They always make sure that I leave with a smile. I love being treated like a king!
Laid back, peanut shells on the floors, country music, and the best filet mignon around.
Food was good the dinner presentation was not very attractive. Just a steak and a baked potato nothing else. It looked incomplete as if they forgot to put something on the plate.
