I am loving my first Big Beanie Bag! I have never signed up for blind mailings before but this isn't a large financial commitment, and I appreciate being able to choose warm, cool, or neutral.

I visited for the first time today. I was thrilled and very impressed. A beautifully merchandised retail space. I saw lots of yarns I had never heard of before. They had Koigu, my new fav. I was also encouraged to check out their warehouse area. Wow wow wow! Huge and well organized to allow efficient internet order fulfillment. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. I want to work there or better yet, I'd like to own my own yarn business modeled after this one.
The best customer service EVAH !!! From a telephone conversation to shipping from their warehouse, the personnel take such care & pride in what they do ! I know 'above & beyond' customer service when I encounter it... I've worked retail many, many years ! Kudos Jimmy Bean !!!
I found this shop during a recent trip to Reno. The people where so friendly and helpful. I also love the cotton crochet thread I found, it is great for my shuttle tatting.
I had always used the yarn I could get at the variety store for $2.99/ skein - I had NO idea what I was missing until my daughter gave me a Jimmy Beans Wool gift certificate for Mother's Day. What a difference good yarn makes!! Jimmy Beans has a fantastic variety of yarns, needles and notions, plus wonderful customer service. Treat yourself to some great yarn - you'll never go back!

After a minor snafu with communication, which was handled quite well by the employees, I was very pleased with my order from Jimmy Beans Wool. The yarn came quick and well-packaged.
