Excellent customer service! Gus helped me to wind my yarn into a ball. He was very patient untangling the yarn. He was also very kind and helpful explaining yarn types to this novice. Thank You Gus! The store has amazing variety of yarns and colorways.

I love this place. Fast and excellent service with wonderful yarns. I just finished making a striped, slouchy hat out of the mini hanks from the Blue Sky fibers line and I love the idea of making something like this without having to buy 21 balls of yarn. Maybe something like this could be done with other very popular lines like Cascades 220 worsted ect? The best store ever for online shopping!
