Absolutely LOVE their yarns, their online store, their how to videos on you-tube and the great customer service!! 5 STARTS
The people in the shop are so warm and welcoming! We met Gus, Matt and Julia. We were given a tour of the warehouse which also has a retail section. There are so many varieties of yarn I was on sensory overload! The variety of needles, cases and notions are amazing! I usually order from the online store. I am lucky to have been in Reno to experience the brick and mortar store!!
Received my March Beanie Bag and I seem to be having trouble starting the knit version on the row that picks up the additional 24 stitches on the cast on edge using pens. Any help or do you have a video showing this would be greatly appreciated.
Jimmy Bean Wool Co is one of the best customer service businesses in the fiber art industry. They have great products, and awesome service. When I say great service, I do not necessarily mean that they are perfect in every detail in every transaction. Love my square knitting needles, I feel like I can knit longer without my fingers hurting! Just ordered square crochet hook!
I live 90 miles from the store and go in about once a month it is an amazing experience I always find what I'm looking for and the staff is always helpful
