Love ordering from this store! So many beautiful yarns and everything arrives quickly. I love the monthly Beanie Bag samplers, too, which introduce new (to you) yarns. I've found several favorites I love to work with now that I never would have discovered otherwise.
She is like the Dora Explorer of yarn...she just kept pulling 'stuff' out of little bag.
I ordered a 3 month subscription to the beanie bags as one of my Christmas presents from my husband. But I misunderstood and didn't realize that since I ordered it on January 1st, my subscription wouldn't start until February. I was disappointed, but was ready to wait. After receiving my inquiry about my subscription, JimmyBeansWool contacted me and said they were about to fix it so that my subscription will go ahead and start this month, and my beanie bag should ship soon! I ordered Malabrigo Worsted Merino wool. It arrived three days later. The customer service was excellent. They were able to answer all my questions on the phone and via email. They replied to my email with in 24hours. All around awesome
I just got my first Beanie Bag and I LOVE IT. Such an awesome little selection of fun/useful items for only $10. I love the little yarns, the colors, the little washes and items, and that (if you want) it comes with a pattern to use them as well as a code for a free Ravelry pattern. My little knittin' heart is so happy! Thank you!

Ordered 2 skeins Yorkshire Skies. Colors were not the same even though they were same die lot. Contacted Jimmy Beans, they offered me 2 great options. Sent me 2 more skeins with a return label, trusting that I would return what I could not use. Very impressed with their customer service and follow-up.
