I am a subscriber to their Beanie Bag program, and I love it. I can try out different types of yarns before actually buying a skein. The biggest problem is deciding which one to buy first!
I ordered a subscription for the monthly yarn club. The only thing that fit the expectation from their explanation of what would be received was the little canvas bag it came it! It only contained 4 balls of yarn and they were all the same color but so teeny tiny and all different types of yarn, you can't even use them to make anything! Also there are no patterns included in the bag, it just tells you that you can get on the website and find patterns...I felt that the description was very misleading, and I was disappointed. ... read more

Received my yarn within 3 days of ordering. Olivia was very helpful with matching my skeins. Can't wait to start my sweater.
Placed an order on a Wednesday morning, expecting it would ship probably by Friday as they say they get to orders the same day or the next, plus an extra day for winding into cakes. I was sent a link to tracking information on Saturday, but in reality it wasn't shipped until the following Thursday; more than a week after placing the order.
I love ordering from Jimmy Beans Wool! This shipping is quick, and it's flat-rate! The prices are great, too. I will definitely be ordering here again and again!
