I am a subscriber to their Beanie Bag program, and I love it. I can try out different types of yarns before actually buying a skein. The biggest problem is deciding which one to buy first!
I ordered a subscription for the monthly yarn club. The only thing that fit the expectation from their explanation of what would be received was the little canvas bag it came it! It only contained 4 balls of yarn and they were all the same color but so teeny tiny and all different types of yarn, you can't even use them to make anything! Placed an order on a Wednesday morning, expecting it would ship probably by Friday as they say they get to orders the same day or the next, plus an extra day for winding into cakes. I was sent a link to tracking information on Saturday, but in reality it wasn't shipped until the following Thursday; more than a week after placing the order.
