I love Jimmy Beans Wool. I have only ordered on line. This is the most amazing shop. I'm up here in Reno, and so glad I made the effort to stop by. The young lady, (I'm so sorry I did not get your name)was the most amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful person I could have ever wanted to be helped by. I bought the new transition yarn. In the first part of the color I had three knots. I contacted costumer service and was told "oh well can happen". Should not happen with a 30$ skein of yarn. I don't even want to know how many knots are still coming. I will never buy from them again

The most inventory of any shop I have ever seen. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. I always learn and/or find something unusual. Ask to see the warehouse. U will be blown away.

Wonderful customer service. I bought a Karbonz Double Point sock set from another yarn shop. Had an issue with 3 defective needles. Other shop said, sorry we have your money now and we won't help you. Jimmy Bean's replaced all of the defective needles. Other shop, Blazing Needles in Salt Lake City lost a customer and Jimmy Bean's has gained a happy and satisfied customer Wished I had never set foot in other store!! Jimmy Bean's for life!!!!(
