Went into the store for the first time ever on Sunday. I had heard of it before, but had never set foot in the door. Everyone there was very nice and the yarns are absolutely beautiful. They definitely have some unique yarns and colors that I have never seen before.
Love Jimmy Beans! So glad I found this place, they have an awesome selection and everyone is so nice and helpful.

I was able to visit JBW while on vacation by driving from Vegas to Lake Tahoe (7 1/2 hours) and staying for a few nights. We then drove to Reno (1 hour). The warehouse section was closed which was disappointing, but it was still worth the visit. The gentleman who helped me (of course I can't remember his name) was so friendly and very helpful. I got some yarns that I hadn't seen before and I set up an account. I will definitely order online in the future.
Great store! I order from them online, had one order issue with something not being in stock, but they took care of it right away and informed me of any issues. Very easy to work with and they have great products!
