I joined a mystery knit a long with JB's at the very end of December. For those not in the know, the mystery is both the pattern AND the yarn are a secret. It's so much fun. I can't believe how awesome JB's is that they survived and overcome a huge flood and still got my first month out on time. All throughout the chaos of fighting to save their business and homes, the staff at JB's did their level best to be responsive to customer questions and concerns online in FB, Ravelry, and their blog. What a great group of people!!
