They're awesome... I was in and out for my oil change. They're way better than that other dealership down the road.
If I could rate this dealership a -100 I would. I have been back multiple times for issues with my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and nothing is ever fixed. My speaker on my passenger door is still broken after being fixed once! There’s awful grinding noise coming from my driver wheel when I back up. They do nothing but look at the car it seems like for days on. I will never ever get another car from them again and I’ll be taking my car to get fixed else where from now on. I don’t have time to do my job plus yours.

This he 3rd Jeep Compass I have leased from Friendly and the that Brian has helped me with. He is very friendly and goes out of his way to find what I want at the price I want. Will tell my friends and family to see Brian. He's the best!
This is my first time leasing at Friendly, and I've seen better service at other dealerships to be 100% honest. I was told one thing by the salesman over the phone, then I get to signing papers the following day, and was told something polar opposite from what the salesman told me, which I'm not happy about. I bring my car home, and realize the rear bumper isn't correct, so I call the collision shop who was amazing, and helped me in the right direction.
